Responsibilities

• Entering sales orders
• Serving walk-in customers
• Spec'ing/recommending tooling to customers
• Processing Returns
• Applying payments
• A good attitude toward your customers and co-workers
• Ensuring all paperwork is correct before submitting it to the customer for payment
• Setting and achieving goals (both personal & work related)
• Helping anywhere necessary so the entire team meets their goals

Ideal candidate

• Experience in manufacturing or cutting tool sales
• Experience with Epicor's Prophet 21
• Motivated to learn and research products
• Is mechanically inclined/likes building things
• Able to ask questions to find exactly what a customer is needing – doesn’t take request and then do the minimum
• Team oriented
• Good email etiquette
• Types quickly and correctly

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years manufacturing environment experience
• High critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
• Honest
• Dependable
• A servant’s heart – serving both customers and co-workers
• Can pass drug test and background check
